To return your device for upgrade, replacement or repair, place in original shipping container or secure packaging with your name, street address (no P.O. boxes, please) and telephone number. (You may retain the instructions and battery to reduce postage.)

Please send by regular mail (not courier) and allow for a two week turnaround.
