| BRYTECH Inc. was established in 1982, and is based in Ottawa, Canada. The company specializes in innovative, electronic products for blind and visually impaired. BRYTECH has successfully developed and commercialized several talking bank note identifiers for various currencies as well as an ultrasonic mobility device and more recently a talking colour
identifier. The medical products division is actively developing the next generation of portable patient monitors. The company holds a number of patents involved with non-invasive vital-signs monitoring. |

BRYTECH adapted its quality system in Sep 2003 to comply with ISO 9001:2000 and again in Dec 2006 to add worldwide certification by the Global Certification Network and
